OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated December 1, 1999, pursuant to clause 9(1)(
c) of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1998, the Real Estate Appraisers Act, is pleased to appoint the following members to the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association for a two year term of office effective February 2, 2000:
(1) A. Martin Smith of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality; and
(2) Valerie Folk of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality.
