Lieutenant Governor PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council-No. • 321 , Approved and Ordered MA R MC n Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Linda Brown is appointed Administrative Co-ordinator to the Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Human Rights, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Linda Brown be paid as an Administrative Co-ordinator pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category A appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

c) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Linda Brown; (
