Order in Council 1135/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act , 1997,

John Helis, Kingston

be appointed a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
