Section of the Harmonized Sales Tax Act,

chapter H-1.01 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1997, is amended L’article de la

a) in subsection (1) by striking out “14%” and sub- stituting “13%”;

Article 1 (

a) The existing provision is as follows:

a) Texte de la disposition actuelle : 14(1) Every consumer of a vehicle required to be registered under the Motor Vehicle Act or the Off-Road Vehicle Act shall pay to the Minister for the purpose of raising of revenue for provincial purposes, a tax at the rate of 14% of the fair value of the vehicle, where the supply of the vehicle is made in the Province and is not a taxable supply by a registrant under

Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada). 14(1) Tout consommateur de véhicule qui doit être immatriculé en vertu de la

Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada). 14(2) Toute personne qui amène ou fait amener dans la province un véhicule qui doit être immatriculé en vertu de la
