OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 24, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective October 31, 2017: (
a) assign the supervision, direction and control of all affairs and matters relating to geographic information systems to the Department of Internal Services or the Minister of Internal Services; and (
b) assign the supervision, direction and control of all affairs and matters relating to business continuity planning and management for the Government of the Province to the Department of Internal Services or the Minister of Internal Services.
