OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 14, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after May 26, 2026, to revoke Order in Council 2010-146 dated March 30, 2010, to restore responsibility for the lands and buildings known as Perennia Park to the Minister of Public Works from the Minister of Agriculture.
