OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated March 25, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 138 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1969, the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act, is pleased to appoint Rick Emberley of Cole Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Ron Hobbs of Kentville, County of Kings, and reappoint Victor Syperek of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as members of the Board of Governors of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, each for a term of office of three years commencing May 1, 2008.
