OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated January 9, 2020, and pursuant to Sections 34 and 35 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coasta1 Resources Act , is pleased to, effective on and after February 20, 2020: (

a) authorize a transfer to the Fisheries and Aquaculture Development Fund and charge to the capital account an amount not to exceed One Hundred and Seventy-Five Million Dollars ($175,000,000); (

b) authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
