Order in Council 1762/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2060/2007, dated December 19, 2007, Dr. William John B. Cocker was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. William John B. Cocker has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective May 16, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2060/2007, dated December 19, 2007, appointing Dr. William John B. Cocker as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
