ordinarily kept in a foreign country and is brought into Alberta pursuant to

an agreement between the American Federation of Arts and the Art Gallery

of Alberta for the purpose of temporarily exhibiting or displaying the

cultural property in the Art Gallery of Alberta in an exhibition known as "Of

Heaven and Earth: 500 Years of Italian Painting from the Glasgow

Museums" is of significance;

(

b) rescinds Order in Council numbered O.C. 640/2009.

The close times and quotas set out in

Schedule 8 to the Alberta Fishery Regulations,

1998 in respect of the waters listed in the

Variation Order 07-2013 by the Director of Fisheries Management in accordance with
