B.C. Reg. 227/2019 , deposited November 4, 2019, under the LAND OWNER TRANSPARENCY ACT [section 128]. Order in Council 565/2019, approved and ordered November 4, 2019.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following provisions of the Land Owner Transparency Act , S.B.C. 2019, c. 23, are brought into force:

(

a) section 123;

(

b) section 125, as it enacts

section 19 (1) (e.1) of the Land Title and Survey Authority Act , S.B.C. 2004, c. 66;

(

c) sections 126 and 127.
