Section 33 of
Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting gift cards in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 1, 2010.
