, I designate the area generally known as the

Unnamed Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of

Parker

's Cove as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Burin-Placentia West abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660,969 metres and northing 5,252,487 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 355 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 661,292 metres and northing 5,252,339 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 721 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 661,063 metres and northing 5,251,655 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 332 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660,785 metres and northing 5,251,474 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 567 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660,220 metres and northing 5,251,424 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 384 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659,873 metres and northing 5,251,588 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 365 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659,676 metres and northing 5,251,895 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 470 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659,794 metres and northing 5,252,350 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 418 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 659,806 metres and northing 5,252,768 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 487 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660,138 metres and northing 5,253,124 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 575 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660,324 metres and northing 5,253,668 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 462 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660,573 metres and northing 5,254,057 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 265 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660,805 metres and northing 5,254,185 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 766 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 661,212 metres and northing 5,253,536 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 539 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 661,203 metres and northing 5,252,997 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 399 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 660,988 metres and northing 5,252,661 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 175 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
