OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 21, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and in accordance with the Department of Health Construction Grant Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Western Regional Health Board in a total amount not to exceed $11,000,000 (eleven million dollars) of the cost of a redevelopment project at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital site, which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to Capital Account, for the vote "Capital Grants, Capital Construction Projects", under the heading "Capital Grants, Department of Health".
