OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 17, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada to provide peer review and grant management services through the Nova Scotia Health Research Foundation, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 14, 2015.
