B.C. Reg. 128/2006, deposited May 12, 2006, pursuant to the HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT [Section 12]. Order in Council 336/2006, approved and ordered May 11, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 233/2005, the Nurses (Registered) and Nurse Practitioners Regulation, is amended in

section 11 (1) by repealing paragraph (

f) and substituting the following:

(

f) prescribe or give an order to compound, dispense or administer by any method a drug that is specified in

Schedule I or II of the Drug Schedules Regulation, B.C. Reg. 9/98.
