Order in Council 59/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act ,

Patricia (Trish) Fulton of London

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Middlesex-London Health Unit for a period of three years, effective January 9, 2017 to and including January 8, 2020.
