Section 25AO of
Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act , and clause 19(
f) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to repeal the Cellular Telephone Contracts Regulations , N.S. Reg. 36/2013, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2013-44 dated February 15, 2013, effective on and after June 3, 2015.
