CHAPTER

An Act respecting the Consequential Amendments to Certain Acts resulting from the enactment of The Railway Act (Assented to August 25, 1989) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Railway Consequential Amendment Act . S.S. 1984-85-86, c.D-1.2,

section amended

Section of The Dangerous Goods Transportation Act is amended: (

a) by adding "and includes a railway within the meaning of The Railway Act" after "Act" in clause (e); and (

b) by adding "and includes a train as defined in The Railway Act" after "Act" in clause (n). R.S.S. 1978, c.E-16,

section amended Subsection 3(3) of The Expropriation Procedure Act is amended by striking out "The Saskatchewan Railway Act,". R.S.S. 1978, c.H-3,

section amended

Section of The Highways and Transportation Act is amended by striking out "The Saskatchewan Railway Act" and substituting "The Railway Act". Coming into force5 This Act comes into force on the day on which

section of The Railway Act comes into force.
