Order in Council 36/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga be appointed as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
