OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 22, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act is pleased to:

a) approve that the Minister of Natural Resources issue a lease for a parcel of Crown land containing approximately 41.7 hectares (103.04 acres), located at Southside Harbour, Antigonish County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Antigonish Limestone Ltd., a body corporate with its registered office at Haverlock, New Brunswick, its successors, trustees, and permitted assigns, for the purpose of surface mining of limestone and the placement of infrastructure necessary to develop and operate a surface limestone mine and for no other purpose, for a term of 20 years, with the right to renew the lease for a further 20 year term, provided that the Company has satisfactorily complied with the terms and conditions of the lease; and

b) execute such documents as to achieve the purposes of this Order.
