Order in Council 1671/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act , as amended, Mark John Baxter is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a further period effective from January 1, 2022 and ending March 31, 2022.
