Order in Council 1026/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Katherine Pal was appointed a part-time member of the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario for a term of three years, effective December 31, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 1498/2018;

And

whereas Katherine Pal tendered her resignation effective June 25, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 25(1) of the Public Accounting Act, 2004 , (the “Act”) and clause 1(1)(

a) and subsection 2(1) of Ontario Regulation 238/05 made under the Act, Order in Council O.C. 1498/2018 be revoked effective June 25, 2019.
