THEREFORE HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

By-laws to regulate motor vehicles

1 Notwithstanding the provisions of The Highway Traffic Act , the Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach may enact by-laws forbidding the use by motor vehicles of a highway, street, road or boulevard, or restricting the use to motor vehicles operated by or for permanent residents of the municipality, or by other persons operating motor vehicles for the purpose of carrying on business in the municipality.

1 Par dérogation aux dispositions du Code de la route , la municipalité rurale de la plage Victoria peut prendre des arrêtés interdisant l'usage de véhicules automobiles sur une autoroute, une rue, une route ou un boulevard ou restreignant l'usage de véhicules automobiles par des résidants permanents, ou pour leur compte, ou par d'autres personnes, à des fins commerciales dans la municipalité.
