Order in Council 76/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6 of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario Act, 2019 ,

Quinto Annibale of Woodbridge

be re-appointed as a member and re-designated as the vice-chair of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective April 4, 2022.
