OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 17, 2000, pursuant to Sections 2 and 5 of
Chapter 2 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1992, the Conservation Easements Act, is pleased to approve the application of the Shubenacadie Canal Commission and to designate the Shubenacadie Canal Commission as a designated conservation organization for the purposes of the Conservation Easements Act.
