OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage dated November 17, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 425 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission Act, is pleased, effective December 16, 2004, to: (
a) appoint Judith Jollota of Sonora, Guysborough County, as a member of the Sherbrooke Restoration Commission for a term of three years; and (
b) order that the Province shall defend, negotiate or settle claims or charges made against Judith Jollota and indemnify her from personal liability, provided that the Province is satisfied that the claim arises out of her activities in relation to her appointment and is not based on fraud or criminal activity and where the Province so defends her, the Province will be in control of the case.
