Order in Council 1103/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act ,

Sydney Gardiner of Cornwall

be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Eastern Ontario Health Unit for a period of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
