CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Municipal Financing Corporation Act (Assented to April 26, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Municipal Financing Corporation Amendment Act, 1985. R.S.S. 1978, c.M-28,

section amended

Section of The Municipal Financing Corporation Act is amended by striking out “$150,000,000”: (

a) in subsection (1); and (
