Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 21, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands containing an area of 920.9 square metres, more or less, situate at or near Currie Street, Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown as Parcel K on

Schedule "B" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the land to The Cape Breton Regional Municipality, a body corporate and politic, in and for the Province of Nova Scotia, for a sale price of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
