OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 22, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7(

c) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue a grant or deed to convey a parcel of Crown land containing approximately 1.016 hectares (2.51 acres), located near Hunter Road, Lower Wentworth, Cumberland County, shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule ‘A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Thomas E. Bagley of the County of Hants, Province of Nova Scotia; (

b) accept from Thomas E. Bagley, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns, a parcel of land containing approximately 14.34 hectares (35.43 acres), located near Drennan Brook, Lower Wentworth, Cumberland County, shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “B”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to the condition that Thomas E. Bagley, his successors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

c) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
