1 Parts I, II, V, VI, VII, X, XI, XII, XIII and XIV of The Insurance Act do not apply to the following:

(

a) any class of insurance authorized under clause 6(1)⁠(

c) of the Act and offered or provided by the corporation under the Act or the regulations;

(

b) the corporation in its business of insurance or re-insurance in all its branches, in respect of any such class of insurance.
