On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Angling and Scientific Collection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 125/90, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix
Section 6.1 of the Angling and Scientific Collection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 125/90, is repealed and the following substituted:
Waters reserved for young or disabled anglers
6.1
(1) In this section:
“authorized angler” means a person who is
(
a) under 16 years of age, or
(
b) a disabled resident;
“companion” means a person, other than an authorized angler, who accompanies and attends an authorized angler.
(2) A person must not angle in a water listed in column 1 of
Schedule D on any day during the period specified in column 3 of
Schedule D for the water unless the person is
(
a) an authorized angler, or
(
b) a companion to an authorized angler, if the authorized angler has no more than 2 companions who are angling.
Section 19 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
(a.2) to contravene
section 6.1, .
Schedule D is repealed and the following substituted:
