OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 2, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective March 6, 2018, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement from 2017-2022 between Nova Scotia and Canada to fund family justice services and programs under the Canadian Family Justice Fund, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
