OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 1, 2003, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of 5 hectares, more or less, situate at Thomson Station, Cumberland County, and shown outlined in bold line on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Arnold Wallace Hurley and Jacqueline A. Thompson-Hurley of Oxford Junction, Cumberland County, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $1,975 per hectare, the exact area to be determined by a survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
