OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 26, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to provide approval for the Minister of Justice to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Independent Police Review Director of Ontario respecting the provision of a forensic review by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such variations as the Minister determines are necessary and do not materially change the nature of the Memorandum of Understanding.
