OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 22, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources:

a) acquiring land valued at $137,500 and located at Deerfield, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, by gift from Laurence Kent Sweeney, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns subject to the condition that Laurence Kent Sweeney, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, which land is identified as being PID 90131962 and PID 90138090 and as outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation;

b) paying such legal, appraisal, survey or other costs incurred with respect of the acquisition by gift of this land; and

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
