B.C. Reg. 109/2007, deposited May 4, 2007, pursuant to the COMMUNITY CHARTER [Sections 223 and 282]. Order in Council 244/2007, approved and ordered May 3, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Community Airport Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 369/2003, is amended, as set out in the attached schedule.
