OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 31, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Rita Krausse, made pursuant to Order in Council 90-994 dated August 7, 1990; and (

b) appoint Rita Hache of Seabright, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire April 30, 2008.
