OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 30, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Supplemental Agreement on Funding for Police Services Infrastructure on Shubenacadie First Nation with the federal government and the Shubenacadie First Nation, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to minor changes and additions that do not materially change the nature of the agreement, effective on and after October 5, 2010.
