Order in Council 565/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, the appointment of Tyler Shuster of Welland as Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 1442/94 and dated June 8, 1994, be revoked effective April 15,2026.
