Order in Council 1868/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 659/2019 Peter Deeb is currently serving as a member of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (“Corporation”) at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Pursuant to subsections 2(2) and 5(2) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 ,

Peter Deeb of Toronto, Ontario

be designated as the Chair of the Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a term of one year effective the later of December 7, 2019 or the date of this Order.
