OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated April 19, 2006, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 0.75 acre, more or less, situate at or near Pugwash River, in the County of Cumberland, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land, subject to an easement for the purposes of ingress and egress, to Clarence Ordie Brown and Bonnie Louise Barbara Brown, of Nestleton, Province of Ontario, at a cost of $1,200.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
