OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 12, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective December 12, 2024, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2021-226 dated August 31, 2021; (

b) revoke Order in Council 2022-258 dated October 18, 2022; (

c) revoke Order in Council 2023-258 dated September 14, 2023; (

d) designate the Honourable Tim Halman as Chair of the Treasury and Policy Board; and (

e) designate the Honourable Barbara Adams, the Honourable John Lohr, the Honourable Greg Morrow, the Honourable Kent Smith, the Honourable Fred Tilley and the Honourable Scott Armstrong as members of the Treasury and Policy Board.
