B.C. Reg. 405/2007, deposited December 3, 2007, pursuant to the PIPELINE ACT [Sections 35 and 37]. Regulation of the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, dated November 27, 2007.

I, Richard Neufeld, Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, order that

section 1 of the Pipeline Regulation, B.C. Reg. 360/98, is amended

(

a) in the definition of "CSA Standard Z276" by striking out "CSA-Z276-94"

and substituting "CSA-Z276-07", and

(

b) in the definition of "CSA Standard Z662" by striking out "CSA-Z662-03"

and substituting "CSA-Z662-07".
