OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy and the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated September 15, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Energy and the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, represented by the Minister of Natural Resources, and the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board, in relation to the administration of provisions under

Chapter 28 of the Statutes of Canada, 1988, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act, and

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, respecting occupational health and safety matters in relation to petroleum related work and activities conducted in the offshore area, substantially in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
