On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Nathaniel Boivin of Sudbury be reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the later of February 15, 2019, or the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 31, 2019.
