OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated October 7, 2003, pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint R. Daren Baxter of Hammonds Plains, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of four (4) years commencing September 1, 2003; (

b) reappoint Darren S. Nantes of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of four (4) years commencing September 1, 2003; (

c) appoint James D. Nicoll of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of four (4) years commencing September 1, 2003; and (

d) determine that R. Daren Baxter, Darren S. Nantes and James D. Nicoll shall each be paid up to $200 per half day spent carrying out the business of the Commission, in addition to other reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out their duties for the Commission.
