Order in Council 1953/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lan An was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective June 27, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1088/2016;

And

whereas Lan An tendered her resignation effective December 31, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1088/2016 be revoked effective December 31, 2016.
