OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated June 24, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 49 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-1995, the Environment Act, is pleased to amend the Environmental Assessment Regulations, N.S. Reg. 26/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-220 dated March 21, 1995, to update and improve the environmental assessment process, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after August 6, 2008.
